Shipping Policy

At Veluna, we aim to deliver your order quickly and safely. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle delivery within the United Kingdom and, where applicable, internationally.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland).
International shipping may be available to selected countries, as shown at checkout.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Estimated Delivery Times

UK Standard Delivery: approximately 2–4 working days after dispatch.
UK Express Delivery (if available): approximately 1–2 working days after dispatch.
International Delivery (if available): approximately 5–10 working days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs.

These are estimates only and not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. From time to time, we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions.

Order Tracking

Where available, we will provide a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. You can use this to follow your parcel’s progress.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international orders, local customs charges, import duties and taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

Failed Deliveries & Wrong Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of order. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or because it was not collected, we may charge additional shipping fees to resend it or deduct shipping costs from any refund.

Delayed or Lost Parcels

If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us at support@velunastore.store and we will investigate with the courier. We will work with you in line with our obligations under UK consumer law.
