Returns & Refunds Policy
Thank you for shopping with Veluna. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
30-Day Returns
Under UK consumer law for distance selling, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods and then have a further 14 days to return them. We choose to offer a returns window of up to 30 days from the date you receive your order, subject to the conditions below.
How to Request a Return
- Contact us at support@velunastore.store with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for our confirmation and return instructions.
- Return the items in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with tags and hygiene seals (if applicable) still attached.
Condition of Returned Items
For hygiene reasons, shapewear must be tried over underwear and must not show signs of wear, stains, damage, perfume or deodorant marks. Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused and sent back to you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days.
- Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
- Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the item is faulty or we made an error.
Exchanges
We may offer exchanges for different sizes or colours, subject to stock availability. Where exchange is not possible, a refund or store credit may be offered.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you believe your item is faulty or you received the wrong product, please contact us at support@velunastore.store as soon as possible with photos and your order number. If confirmed, we will repair, replace or refund the item in line with your rights under UK consumer law.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is faulty or we made an error, you are responsible for the cost of returning the items. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage.
